The Document Department is responsible for import L/C Opening,Certificate of Origin authorizing and documents checking.They will give right notice of export L/C and deal with the negotiation.They should harmonize the relations among the company,bank,Commodity Inspection bureau,CCPIT(China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) and the Insureres,and give ralational information to business departments in time.They will also conserve all the documents.
